EuroGoPass s.r.o. ("EuroGoPass", "we", "us") operates eurogopass.com, a service that helps drivers purchase European highway e-vignettes. We are the data controller for personal data collected through our website and services.

2.3 EuroGoPass Plus account data
If you purchase EuroGoPass Plus, we store your order history and any changes you make (plate corrections, date changes, cancellations) to enable the Plus features.

3. Third parties we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only where necessary to provide our service:
Stripe (payment processing)
Stripe processes your payment. We do not store payment card data. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
National highway authorities (Competent Authorities)
Your vehicle registration number, registration country, and selected vignette details are transmitted to the relevant national authority (e.g. ASFINAG for Austria, NÚSZ for Hungary, edalnice.cz for Czechia, etc.) solely for the purpose of registering your vignette. This is the core purpose of our service.
Sentry (error monitoring)
Sentry captures technical errors to help us identify and fix problems. It may collect IP addresses and browser/device information. Data is processed in the EU where possible. Privacy policy: sentry.io/privacy
Analytics (website analytics)
We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website. Data is anonymised or pseudonymised where possible. We do not use analytics for advertising or profiling.

EuroGoPass is based in the Czech Republic (EU). Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (for example, to Stripe's US infrastructure), such transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or equivalent safeguards.
6. How long we keep your data

- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:
- HTTPS encryption across the entire website
- Payment processing via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Access to personal data restricted to authorised personnel only
- Regular security monitoring via Sentry
9. Children
Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at info@eurogopass.com.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
