The Karavanke Tunnel (connecting Austria and Slovenia) is not included in the standard e-vinjeta. It requires a separate toll paid at the tunnel terminal.
Slovenian annual vignettes are completely flexible — they are valid for exactly one rolling year from your chosen start date, not bound to the calendar year.
