Motorcycles and trikes are completely exempt from highway tolls in Slovakia. No vignette required.

The 365-day vignette is valid for a full rolling year from your chosen start date. The calendar annual vignette is valid from purchase until January 31 of the following year.

You need the standard vehicle vignette for categories up to 3.5 t. This covers passenger cars, campervans, SUV, and small transport vans.
Only if the maximum permissible combined weight of your towing vehicle and the trailer exceeds 3.5 tonnes. If the combined weight is under 3.5 t, your trailer is covered by the car's vignette.
No, all two-wheeled vehicles (motorcycles, motorbikes, trikes) are completely exempt from vignette requirements on Slovak highways.
Before the vignette starts: yes, with EuroGoPass Plus you can change details up to 15 minutes before validity begins. During validity: spelling mistakes or typos can be corrected by submitting a written rectification request to the Slovak toll operator, accompanied by the vehicle registration certificate and proof of purchase. Please note that for 1-day vignettes, changes after the start of validity are not possible.
