On the final checkout step, tick the EuroGoPass Plus card in your order summary — right above the total. It appears when your cart includes at least one non-annual vignette.

Cancel one vignette from a multi-pass order and you get a partial refund for that pass only. Cancel the entire order and we refund all vignettes — the €3 Plus fee is not refunded in either case.
No. Annual (1-year) vignettes cannot be changed or cancelled with EuroGoPass Plus. The add-on only appears when your cart has shorter-term passes.
